²⁰ Then David said to all the assembly, “Now bless Yahweh your God.” And ^(A)all the assembly blessed Yahweh, the God of their fathers, and ^(B)bowed low and prostrated themselves to Yahweh and to the king.

Sacrifices to Yahweh

²¹ And on the next day ^(C)they ^[a]made sacrifices to Yahweh and offered burnt offerings to Yahweh, 1,000 bulls, 1,000 rams, and 1,000 lambs, with their drink offerings and sacrifices in abundance for all Israel. ²² So they ate and drank that day before Yahweh with great gladness.

And they made Solomon the son of David king ^(D)a second time, and they ^(E)anointed him as ruler for Yahweh and Zadok as priest.
